We come to you
Already have the house, the hotel, the itinerary? We'll drop in with the experience. A sunrise Pilates flow on the deck. A sound bath before dinner. Sculpt and mimosas on the lawn. Recovery day after the big night out. You handle the where, we handle the what.
We plan the whole thing
Give us a date and a vibe and we'll build the entire day — or the entire weekend. Venue sourcing, instructors, wellness pop-ups, local chefs, transportation, activities, timeline, and on-site coordination. You show up. We've spent a decade building experiences for brands like lululemon, Arc'teryx, Casper, and Vuori — this is that, scaled to your group.
How it works

Inquire. Tell us who's coming, when, roughly where, and what you're imagining. A few sentences is enough.

Discovery call. 20–30 minutes to talk through the group, the energy you want, budget range, and any non-negotiables.

Custom proposal. You'll get a tailored itinerary with programming options, vendor partners, and transparent pricing — usually within 3–5 business days.

We build it. Once you're in, we lock vendors, confirm logistics, and run point on everything leading up to the day.

You show up. FLX is on-site running the experience start to finish.

Photography packages — a photographer on-site capturing the weekend, with edited galleries delivered after. Tiered by hours of coverage.

Pricing
Single sessions start at $500. Full-day and weekend experiences are quoted individually.
Every FLX experience is bespoke, so pricing scales with group size, location, programming, and add-ons — a 90-minute Pilates flow on your rental's deck is a very different build than a produced weekend with venue sourcing, vendors, and photography. We'll be upfront about what's possible at every level and we'll build to your budget.
