Middle School: 5:35PM-6:35PM

Program Overview

This series introduces young athletes to yoga as a training tool — not a sit-still-and-relax class, but a way to build the mobility, body awareness, and mental focus that carries over into any sport. Each week builds on the last, moving from foundational breath and body awareness toward more dynamic, sport-specific mobility work, with stress-reduction and focus tools woven throughout every session.
