Start with a high-energy 45-minute Pilates Sculpt class, designed to get you moving, followed by a grounding 30-minute sound bath to slow things down and reset. After class, stick around for a leisurely prix fixe farm to table brunch while exploring curated pop-ups featuring wellness, and other local lifestyle brands.
